Transcranial Doppler

TCD - Transcranial Doppler ultrasonography is a noninvasive method of analyzing blood flow in the brain. TCD provides valuable information in detecting and monitoring of contractions of blood vessels after stroke that occurs when a blood vessel on the brain’s surface ruptures and bleeds into the space around the brain.

EMG - Electromyogram

An EMG evaluates the health of your muscles by measuring electrical activity. If you are experiencing weakness in your arms, legs, hands, or face, EMG can determine whether weakness is due to muscle disease, nerve disease or disease of the junction between nerve and muscle.
