Dr. Kaiser graduated from SUNY in 1990 and further from NY College of Podiatric Medicine in 1994. He completed his residencies at Methodist Hospital and Wycoff Heights Hospital, both in Brooklyn, NY.

He Board Certified ABPS in 2000 and is affiliated with Maimonides Hospital. He is an active member of American Podiatric Medical Association, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and Executive Board Kings Division.
