Yakov Zilberman received his degree at New York Chiropractic College with special interests in sports medicine. He completed a fellowship in sports chiropractic.

Currently and for the past 3 years Dr. Zilberman is a team chiropractor for the New York Sharks, a professional female tackle football team. In 2004 he was chosen to join a medical team for ING New York City marathon. In the same year he become a member of the North America Spine Society, internationally renowned pain management organization.

Dr. Zilberman specializes in sports injuries, headaches, backaches and most neuromuscular disorders that do not require surgical intervention.
